Please read carefully as it contains some important tips on what you "should and shouldn't do" to find us easily, it may save you a lot of time & hassle & will possibly keep your blood pressure from maxing out on you.
Only get to us by using "NEW DELIGHTS LANE" which is off "TETNEY LOCK RD", it's by far the easiest, least stressful & best way to reach us.
If you wish to use the "what 3 words" app, ours are "ORBIT, SCHOOLS, WINDPIPE"

DO NOT try to use "OUT HOLME LANE"
Out Holme Lane shows as a normal road on most maps and for some reason most sat-navs seem to have a bit of a wicked sense of humour and will try to send you down it, but in reality it's no more than a rather bumpy farmers track and not really suitable for anything other than tractors and proper 4x4's, you really do not want to be attempting it with a caravan on tow, if you do take this road by mistake just take your time and go very slowly & you'll find us at the very end of it.
Do yourself a favour and use New Delights Lane off of Tetney Lock Rd
Directions from the A16
(Turn right if coming from Louth) or (turn left if coming from Grimsby) off of the A16, only at the sign that says (Tetney 1 & 3/4 mile) do not turn at the other signs that say Tetney, (make sure the sign says 1 & 3/4 miles)
Go to the very end of that road, you'll pass a big bomb (it's 20ft tall and green) on your right hand side about halfway along the road and a spa market on your left about 3/4 of the way down, your sat nav may try to cut the corner off just after you pass the golf course, ignore it and carry on until you get to a T jct, you should have the plough pub on your left and the chippy over the road in front of you, Turn left on to the A1031 and then first right in to Tetney Lock rd (it has the bottle bank on the corner), you'll then take the second turning on the right in to New Delights, go about 100 yds and turn left over a little bridge, as soon as you cross the bridge turn right and go straight for about 3/4 mile along a single lane concrete road (you can see the whole length of the road and it has several passing places along it so don't worry) about 3/4 of the way along New Delights you'll see the big green poly sheds of a turkey farm on your left (sat navs tend to try to send you in to the turkey farm, please ignore your sat nav and just follow these instructions) carry on straight past the turkey farm for about 100yds to the end of the lane and you'll see a pair of black electric gates directly in front of you with our name and intercom to the right of the gates. Our main gates are automated so please either ring us when you get to the gates or use the intercom (next to gates) upon arrival.
If you have any problems in finding us please just ring us and we'll do our best to sort you out.
